No credit or refund will be issued for unauthorised returns or products that do not meet the requirements of this policy.

5. Important

No opened products will be accepted for return or refund, except where required by applicable consumer or other legislation in circumstances such as a confirmed product defect, incorrect supply or safety-related issue.

The company has the right to inspect all returned products before approving any credit, replacement or refund.
