Ingredients
Hypericum perforatum extract (St Johns wort)
This well-known and researched herb has been used for depression, anxiety, mood disturbances, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder, fatigue and insomnia.
Schisandra chinesis extract (Magnolia berry)
This fruit is an ‘adaptogen’ and has been used for increasing resistance to disease, cases of stress and to increase energy.
Some studies have shown improvements in concentration, coordination, and athletic endurance.
There is evidence that the fruit can also help poor liver function and problems with the respiratory system.
Scutellaria lateriflora extract (Skullcap)
This product may assist in cases of insomnia and nervous tension, studies have shown it can assist in cases of anxiety.
Glycyrrhiza glabra extract (Liqourice root)
Assists in adrenal gland function and may support the adrenal gland in cases of adrenal exhaustion.
Rhodiola rosea extract (Rose root)
Has been used for increasing energy, stamina, strength and mental capacity. Also known as an “adaptogen” to assists the body adapt to physical, chemical, and environmental stress.
Vitamin B6
This vitamin use is well known for the use in cases of depression and nervous system support.
Folic acid
This vitamin has been used for Insomnia and depression.
Studies have shown that taking folic acid orally with conventional antidepressants may improve treatment response.
Dosage
1 tablet 3 times daily.
